  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 6 tea bags (black tea or green tea work great)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup of honey (or agave syrup if you're feeling fancy)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Start by peeling and chopping up the mangos into small pieces. Set aside a handful of mango pieces for garnish later on.

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a big pot. Add your tea bags after removing from the heat. Steep for around five minutes.

Blend the mango chunks with the honey (or agave) as the tea steeps. Once smooth, blend again.

Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, add the mango puree to the tea and stir well.
