Ingredients of Mango Pista Kulfi
1 Cup Mango, sliced
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Milk
2 scoops Vanilla Ice cream
4 tsp Cardamom
4 tsp Unsalted Pistachios
4 tsp Powdered Sugar
How to Make Mango Pista Kulfi
1.Blend the mango and cardamoms together in a bowl to make a paste.
2.Add sugar, milk and heavy cream into the mixture.
3.Now add the vanilla ice cream and blend it thoroughly so as the mixture is thick.
4.Set the mixture in moulds and garnish them with pistachios.
5.Freeze them for 7-8 hours.
6.After they are frozen, take them out and remove the moulds to serve.
