Ingredients of Pan-Fried Chicken Masala

  • 5-6 Chicken pieces
  • 2 Dry red chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Pan-Fried Chicken Masala

In a blender, add onion, ginger, garlic, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red Kashmiri powder, salt and pepper.

Then blend these all and make a smooth paste.

Once ready, coat this masala on your chicken pieces.

Then, heat a pan and add chopped onions and capsicum.

Next, throw in some curry leaves. Now add your marinated pieces and cook them well.

Once they are don't, take it out and top it with some lemon and fresh coriander leaves! Serve and enjoy.
