Ingredients of Chicken Tangdi Masala
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 500 gram Chicken Tangdi(Chicken Drumsticks)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 Onion
- to taste Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- to taste Black Pepper
- to taste Salt

Start by marinating the chicken drumsticks, take a bowl, and add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, sugar, green chillies, salt and black pepper.
Mix everything well and add chicken drumsticks in the bowl. Make sure you coat the chicken pieces nicely. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Now heat mustard oil in a kadhai, and add the marinated chicken.
Fry them over a high flame from all the sides, until they turn golden brown and keep the remaining part of the marination aside, for the gravy.
Now, add the remaining marinade which was kept aside, to the kadhai and along with that add tomato & onion paste. Mix it well and allow it to cook over a high flame.
Now, add in a cup of water. Stir it well, and cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes on a high flame.
Cook it till the gravy becomes thick.
Take it out in a serving bowl and sprinkle some coriander leaves from the top.
