About Paneer Lollipop Recipe: A yummy combination of paneer, potato, chillies and spices, paneer lollipop is a perfect snack to prepare over the weekend!

Ingredients of Paneer Lollipop

  • 1 Cup paneer
  • 2 potato (boiled)
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 Cup coriander leaves
  • To taste salt
  • To taste red chilli powder
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup maida

How to Make Paneer Lollipop

  • 1.Grate the paneer and boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  • 2.Add capsicum and all the seasoning ingredients, and mix well.
  • 3.Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes for the vegetables to soak in all the flavours.
  • 4.Make small round balls from the mixture. Keep aside.
  • 5.Make maida slurry by mixing the flour with water till it is of dropping consistency.
  • 6.Dip the paneer balls in the maida slurry and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • 7.Fry till crispy brown. Stick tooth picks inside each ball and serve with chutney or sauce.
