Ingredients of Paneer Lollipop

  • 1 Cup paneer
  • 2 potato (boiled)
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup maida

How to Make Paneer Lollipop

Grate the paneer and boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add capsicum and all the seasoning ingredients, and mix well.

Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes for the vegetables to soak in all the flavours.

Make small round balls from the mixture. Keep aside.
5.
Make maida slurry by mixing the flour with water till it is of dropping consistency.
6.
Dip the paneer balls in the maida slurry and roll them in bread crumbs.
7.
Fry till crispy brown. Stick tooth picks inside each ball and serve with chutney or sauce.
