Ingredients of Poha Dosa

  • 1 Cup Poha
  • 1/2 cup Semolina (Sooji)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Poha Dosa

Take a bowl and add poha and suji with water.

Let it completely immerse and rest for 10 minutes.

Then strain the water and the mixture in a grinder to make a paste.
4.
Now add some curd in it with salt and mix again.
5.
Heat some oil on a pan and pour a ladle of the batter to cook the dosa.
6.
Once it turns light brown serve it and enjoy!
