Ingredients of Sitaphal Kheer

  • 1/2 Litre Full Fat milk
  • 1 small Custard Apple
  • Almonds
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

How to Make Sitaphal Kheer

Remove the pulp of the custard apple. Remove the seeds and mash it.

Boil milk in a thick bottom pan. Add a pinch of saffron to it.
3.
Once the milk has slightly condensed, add the fruit pulp to it. Stir and cook for some time.
4.
Put sugar and allow to cook for a minute.
5.
Finally, add cardamom powder and turn off the stove.
6.
Slice the almonds and garnish them over the kheer.
7.
Serve chilled.
