Ingredients of Soya Tikka

  • 200gm Soya Chunks
  • 2 Small Onions (cubed)
  • 1 Green Capsicum (cubed)
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • Oil (to sautee)

How to Make Soya Tikka

Firstly, you need to boil soya chunks for at least 5-6 minutes. Once they are done, drain out all the water from them. Keep aside.

The next step is to marinate these soya chunks. For the marinade, take a small mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, and a little bit of curd to coat well.

Now add soya chunks in the marinade bowl and keep it aside for a few minutes.

Take a wooden skewer, add two soya chunks and then a cube of onion then add two soya chunks and add a cube of capsicum. Repeat this.

Heat oil in a grill pan, place the skewers and let the soya chunks cook. Make sure you cook it well from all the sides.
6.
Once done, take it out, sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoy!
