Ingredients of Tandoori Bharwan Capsicum

  • 2 Large capsicums
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cups paneer, grated
  • 1 tsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Tandoori Bharwan Capsicum

Cut and deseed capsicum. Apply little oil and sprinkle some salt. Keep it aside.

In a pan heat some oil and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions. Chopped vegetables like carrots and cauliflower, but this is optional.

Add mashed potatoes and paneer and all the other dried spices and peanuts.
4.
Mix well until everything is well incorporated. Take off the heat and some chopped coriander leaves too.
5.
Dab the capsicum dry and fill with the stuffing.
6.
In a non-stick pan. Drizzle little oil and roast both sides of the capsicum not more than 2-3 minutes.
7.
Once the exterior starts getting slightly charred, remove from heat and serve hot.
