The combination of creamy avocado, sweet-sour mangoes, onions, grapes, roasted mango gel, and curry granola created a symphony of flavours. Each bite offered a delightful balance of textures and a refreshing burst of summer.
Seafood lovers are in for a treat with Tres's seafood creations. The Seared Scallops with wasabi potato sour cream stole the spotlight.
