    3 Minute Chocolate Cake

    Prepare to be impressed! Whoever said you can't cook a decadent cake without an oven has probably never had this recipe to success.

    Ingredients:
    3 tbsp all purpose flour
    3 tbsp powdered sugar
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    2 tbsp crushed oreo cookies
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp oil / melted butter
    2 tbsp milk

    Instructions:
    1. Mix flour, sugar, coco, baking powder and salt in the mug.
    2. Add vanilla, crushed cookies, milk and oil and make the batter.
    3. Make sure that your mug is only half full so that the cake has some space to rise and be fluffy.
    4. Microwave it for 1 minute on the highest power.

    Note: The timing may vary according to your microwave setting and your mug too. So insert a knife or toothpick after 1 minute and if it comes out clean your one minute cake is ready

    Here's the recipe:

    Ingredients:
    4 slices of white bread
    3-4 tbsp grated cheese
    1 green chili, finely chopped
    tsp minced ginger
    softened butter (for spreading on the bread)
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Instructions:
    1. Grate the cheese in a bowl, add chopped chilies and ginger. Also add salt and pepper as required, and mix well.
    2. Slice the bread into triangular slices, and place on a tray and lightly grill in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees C for 5-6 minutes.
    3. Remove and place the bread on a plate. Spread some butter evenly, and then spread the cheese-chili-ginger mixture.
    4. Grill again for 10 mins till the cheese melts and the bread slices get golden and crisp. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

    Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

    Cooking spray

    Directions:
    1. Combine egg, egg whites, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, salt, ground pepper in a microwave-safe mug coated with non-stick spray.
    2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and give the contents a stir.
    3. Return to the microwave and cook until the eggs are completely set, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer. (Note: Time differs from one microwave to the next).
    4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, crispy bacon if desired and dig in!

    2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1-2 tbsp granulated sugar
    ? cup hot water
    a pinch of salt
    3/4 cup milk
    1/3 tsp vanilla essence

    Instructions:
    1. Combine the cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.
    2. Over medium heat, stir constantly until the cocoa and sugar are dissolved.
    3. Pour in the milk and heat (but do not boil).
    4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla essence. Serve hot.
    Note: In case you like it frothy, blend it in the blender.
