Chocolate Brownie

With a soft and somewhat gooey texture, this chocolaty treat almost melts in your mouth. It tastes best with chocolate syrup and a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 100 gm butter
  • 200 gm sugar
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 gm flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 50 gm chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix.
  3. Bake in a square baking tin at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.
