Put oil/ghee in a pressure cooker.
Add cloves, cinnamon, cashew nuts, sliced onions, chopped chillies and fry till onion becomes transparent.
Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add the rice and mix all well.
Then add the coconut milk, water and salt.
When the water comes to boil close the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
Once done, serve the rice hot.
