Recipe of Mango Chutney with Mint

Chutney made from ambiya, mint and garlic.
- 1 raw mango (coarsely chopped)
- 1 sprig of mint leaves
- 4 green chillies
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 piece ginger (coarsely chopped)
- 2 tsp mango powder
- Salt for taste
How to Make Mango Chutney with Mint
- Blend all the ingredients to make a very fine paste.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
