Melt the chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted, mix in the butter.
Whip the eggs and sugar to a froth.
Gradually add the flour to the whipped eggs.
Now, fold in the chocolate and mix well.
Take small individual sized greased moulds and pour the batter.
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours and then bake for 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with mascarpone or ice-cream and some fruits according to your choice.
