Melting Chocolate Cake

  • Few ingredients and one tasty dessert. This cake oozes out chocolate when you cut through. Serve with some ice-cream.


  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter or white butter
  • 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs


  1. Melt the chocolate on a double boiler. Once melted, mix in the butter.
  2. Whip the eggs and sugar to a froth.
  3. Gradually add the flour to the whipped eggs.
  4. Now, fold in the chocolate and mix well.
  5. Take small individual sized greased moulds and pour the batter.
  6. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours and then bake for 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Serve with mascarpone or ice-cream and some fruits according to your choice.
