Well, we don't know about you, but Bhagyashree does enjoy this healthy food item very often. The actress is a food and health influencer, who inspires us to develop a habit of eating healthy meals. On Sunday, she shared a picture of her nutritious meal and it featured a yummy gorgeous-looking salad with greens, sliced strawberries and cheese. She captioned the image as "salad lunches." She also added a hashtag, "Healthy eating."

Seems like Bhagyashree often prefers keeping her lunch healthy and tasty. That's why she digs in fresh salads frequently. Earlier this month, she had shared a glimpse of her salad lunch and it looked delicious with a variety of greens, including fresh basil leaves, sliced strawberries, and cheese. She wrote, “Flavour of the day”, and added the hashtags, “healthy food” and “lunch”.
Bhagyashree's food diaries feature a number of lip-smacking salad recipes that carry a healthy mix of vegetables. Once, she devoured a bowl of sprouted bean salad that included sprouted moong beans, cherry tomato, cucumber, some salt and black pepper. Bhagyashree wrote, "healthy food". She further wrote, "Healthy options for lunch! Sprouted bean salad."
Well, it's not necessary that Bhagyashree only likes to chomp on salad for lunch and that too, every day. Sometimes, she goes a step ahead and tries to add protein-rich chicken too to her meals. When she was in Visakhapatnam, she gorged on delectable grilled chicken along with cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and lime.

Well, Bhagyashree prefers to eat healthy even for dinner. What did she opt for? An assortment of fresh vegetables, lettuce and other greens mixed with slices of tomatoes and button mushrooms. We could also spot sprouts and what appeared to be slices of grilled sausage.
