Butterbeer is a non-alcoholic drink which has a butterscotch flavor. Soda and whipped cream are added as a topping. It usually tastes and looks like a root beer. So first the soda is poured in a beer glass and then butterscotch flavoured whipped cream is added in it. It is mildly sweet in taste.

Can we make it at home?
Making butterbeer at home is quite an easy task. You just need plain soda and butterscotch whipped cream. Maybe on Halloween you could pair it up with a great wizard costume.
Butterbeer is always served without a straw. This is particularly due to the high soda content. So you always drink it without the straw and it leaves a nice moustache on your face, which you would have to wipe out later. This happens because of the whipped cream that is present at the top of the glass. Apart from being delicious, it is quite fancy too.
