To begin with the recipe, heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chillies and sauté till the garlic changes its colour. Then add onions and sauté again. Once the onions turn golden brown, add the tomatoes and sauté till the mixture leaves out oil.
Now, add all the dry spices and sauté for 3-4 more minutes. Reduce heat and add in the cream along with grated cheese. Mix everything again and let it simmer for a minute or so. Now, the last step is to add eggs, coriander leaves and some green chillies.
