How to make Rooh Afza popsicles and pudding?
1) First, take milk in a sauce pot and bring it to a boil. In a bowl, add cornstarch, Rooh Afza syrup, and water and mix it well.
2) After boiling the milk, add the cornstarch mixture to it and mix well. Just make sure there are no lumps. Add some more Rooh Afza syrup and mix it well. Remove from the flame and divide it into two separate bowls.
3) Now, prepare the popsicles. For this, in one of the bowls take frozen bananas and blend them well. Add Rooh Afza syrup, basil seeds and mix. Take the popsicle moulds and put some Rooh Afza syrup into them. Pour the prepared mixture into the moulds. Seal them with the lids and place them in the deep freezer to set for 5-6 hours or at least till the popsicles set properly.
4) Once done, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and fresh strawberry slice. Serve chilled.
5) To make the pudding, blend in some bread slices, Rooh Afza syrup, and prepared Rooh Afza custard together. Now, take any ceramic or tin mould and spread some Rooh Afza in it followed by the batter.
6) Now, steam it in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes on low flame. Cool completely and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or until it sets completely.
7) As the final step, just de-mould it and enjoy Rooh Afza bread pudding garnished with Rooh Afza syrup, fresh mint leaves and strawberry.
