How to Make Hara Bhara Kebab in an Air Fryer:
Begin with roasting coriander and cumin seeds. Next, take a pan and pour water into it. Add spinach and peas and boil for 10 minutes. Drain the hot water and keep the veggies in cold water for 5 minutes. In a mixer grinder, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, parsley, coriander leaves, roasted coriander, cumin seeds, spinach, and peas. Grind them and make a thick paste.
Now, mash boiled potatoes and season them with spices. In the same bowl, add the ground green paste. Mix it well and make round balls of the paste. Softly flatten them with your hands. Now place them in an air fryer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
