Bollywood actress Esha Deol, who is ringing in her 35th birthday, is the most recent entrant into the new-mommy club after she gave birth to a baby girl a few days back. Esha Deol got married to businessman Bharat Takhtani in 2012 and Baby Radhya is their first child. After working in a number of films like Dhoom, LOC Kargil, Yuva and Kaal, she bid goodbye to her acting career in 2011, a little after Tell Me O Khuda released.

The radiant Esha Deol, during her pregnancy days was quite particular about one thing- her fitness. She practiced pre-natal yoga and followed a healthy diet to stay fit. According to her, if one follows a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and maintains a healthy lifestyle, then these days turn into enjoyable experience.



Apart from this, during her pregnancy the new mommy didn't stay away from getting some sugar rush. Esha tweeted a picture with a caption saying, "Hummmmm!!!! And my expression says it all for my cupcakes! Need the sugar rush as I shop!!!" Take a look at the post.
 

 

Other than that, Esha Deol is a gym person and loves to work out regularly and usually calls herself a fitness fanatic and mostly avoids oily and fatty foods as much as she can. Moreover, she doesn't believe in over-eating and keeps a check on her portions. In one of her interviews, Esha shared that she realised soon that processed foods are mostly high in fats and she tries to avoid wherever possible. Earlier, she used to do a combination of cardio and weight training every week, along with kick-boxing and yoga.
