Taking to Instagram, Bhagyashree posted about how blood pressure affects us. In the beginning, Bhagyashree informs people that one out of every four people suffers from BP. The biggest reason for high BP is stress which can be managed by meditation and breath techniques.
Then she reveals, "Beetroot juice can help manage hypertension. Beetroot has folate, B6, calcium, magnesium, antioxidants, and nitrates. All these nutrients help us in staying healthy." In the post's caption, Bhagyashree also wrote, "In today's fast lifestyle, hypertension or High Blood pressure is a common problem. We all know that high BP requires salt intake to be controlled, but these are some easy tips to introduce into your everyday routine to make sure you keep hypertension at bay. With burning temperatures outside, it is very easy for your BP to rise. A glass of beetroot juice can bring down these levels. So do add this to your weekly routine, have one small glass every alternate day."
