Gur Adrak Halwa Recipe: How To Make Gur Adrak Halwa
To begin with, heat ghee in a pan, add ginger paste and saute it for a few minutes or until ginger changes colour. After it, add crushed jaggery and mix again.
Wait until the jaggery completely melts. Once done, add whole wheat flour and roast it for a few minutes. Add a few kesar strands and a bit of cardamom powder for the flavour.
Turn off the flame and serve hot! Top it up with chopped almonds and pistachios.
