Just like any other chicken pulao recipe, this one too is made using rice and a host of other ingredients. But what sets it apart from others is its usage of whole spices and Kashmiri red chilies. It tastes best when served with mirchi salan or raita and is a perfect dish to serve at dinner parties. This pulao, oozing with flavours, will surely tantalise your taste buds. To begin with the recipe, first, wash the rice and soak it in water for around 20 minutes. Now, take the chicken thighs and cut into even-sized pieces. Wash these pieces well and drain out the excess water. In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seed powder and black pepper powder. Whisk well and keep aside.
Next, heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic cloves and onion. Saute well. Now, add ginger and green chillies. Add the whisked yogurt mixture and mix well.
