To begin with the recipe, first, wash the rice and soak it in water for around 20 minutes. Now, take the chicken thighs and cut into even-sized pieces. Wash these pieces well and drain out the excess water. In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seed powder and black pepper powder. Whisk well and keep aside.
Next, heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic cloves and onion. Saute well. Now, add ginger and green chillies. Add the whisked yogurt mixture and mix well.
