Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 200ml Full Cream Milk
- 200ml Full Cream
- 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
- 1 tsp Gelatin
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
- Mix gelatin and water together in a bowl. Whisk it well.
- Bring milk and cream to boil in a pan. Mix in castor sugar and vanilla.
- Add the gelatin mix to the milk and cream mixture. Mix the two together.
- Set the Panna Cotta in a bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours.
