Use a blender to combine raw papaya, green chilli, ginger, garlic buds, and lemon juice. Take some mutton, add this mixture, mix it, and marinate for 30 minutes. For the second marinade, combine the curd, cream, cardamom, pepper, coriander, and salt to taste. Keep it on rest for at least three hours. After marinating, skewer it, and cook it well in a tandoor or a pan. Once well roasted, serve with chutney.
