Even if you don't have oven or tandoor at home, you can still make it in on your regular tawa or pan by roasting the paneer skewers. All you have to do is coat paneer cubes with a mixture of curd, fenugreek (methi) leaves, salt and red chilli powder, and just roast them on a greased pan (tawa) or put them in oven, microwave with grill setting, or tandoor.

Complete recipe of paneer tikka -
Ingredients:
250 gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup yoghurt
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Marinate the paneer cubes with dried fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder and yogurt. Spread it well so that it soaks the mixture well.
- Insert the skewer into the cubes.
- Add this into the tandoor for 10-15 minutes.
- Take out the paneer cubes onto the plate.
