Palak Egg Curry Recipe: How To Make Palak Egg Curry At Home
Start by grinding blanched spinach, ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies into a smooth puree. Next, heat oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds. Add onions and stir them till they are transparent. Pour the palak puree, season it with red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Let the spinach cook for a while.
