To make this, par-boil the chicken with all the spices in one-litre of water. Dry roast the black peppercorns, green cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon. Put these spices in a grinder and form a powder. Heat up the refined oil in a pan, and add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, jeera powder, and salt to taste. Add the kasuri methi and chopped coriander to this with some water and cook till nice and soft. Now add the cashew nut paste and mix it in together with all the other ingredients. Add garam masala and cream to the mix. Finally, add the par-boiled chicken and mix well. Let it simmer till the chicken is tender. Once it is done, serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
