Easy Snack Recipe: How To Make Corn-Palak Tikki:
- Take finely chopped spinach, onion, carrot and boiled corn in a bowl and mix.
- Add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, green chillies and salt.
- Then add turmeric powder, chilli flakes and give a final mix.
- When everything is mixed well, add soaked bread slice to it. Of course, squeeze the excess water.
- Add bread crumbs and bind everything well.
- Now, make small tikkis out of the mix.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry (pan fry) the tikkis.
Serve it hot with some ketchup by the side.
