Sooji-Besan Dhokla Recipe I How To Make Sooji-Besan Dhokla For Weight Loss:
This besan-sooji dhokla is incredibly easy to make. Combine equal parts of besan, sooji and curd and blend to make a thick paste. Add grated carrots, salt and spices like ginger, green chilli and turmeric and mix well. Add some fruit salt to the batter and steam for about 15 minutes to make the dhokla. Garnish with grated coconut and green chillies, and enjoy!
