Unless you are under the rocks, you are surely aware of the grand wedding of popular South actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan. In the last few days, it was this grand event that made the headlines everywhere; so much so that #wikkinayanwedding started trending on Twitter. After dating for almost six years, the couple tied the knot on June 9, 2022. It was an intimate affair, in the presence of family and close friends. Later, the newly-married couple threw a lavish reception that was attended by the biggest names in the Indian film industry. From Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth to Thalapathy Vijay, it was indeed a star-studded guest list. We also spotted Shah Rukh Khan at the reception, who is all set to work with Nayanthara for the upcoming multilingual movie titled 'Jawan'.
In between all these, we also got a glimpse of the menu for the grand reception feast. While the pictures from the reception were kept guarded, the wedding menu recently surfaced on Twitter. A fanclub page, named NAYANwedsWIKKI, posted a picture of the menu card, which seemingly was handpicked by the couple. Take a look:

In the menu, we could see a good mix of foods from different regions of South India, especially Tamil Nadu and Kerala. We also saw a balance between the non-vegetarian and veg dishes including Kathal (jackfruit) biriyani, Aviyal, Mor Kozhambu, Paneer Pattani, Chicken Chettinad Curry, Chepakezhangu Puli Kozhambu, Kai Porichathu, Sambar Sadham, Poondu Milagu Rasam, Vegetable Raita and a lot more. The dessert section had Badam Halwa, Elaneer Payasam, and Ice Cream.
Earlier, Vignesh Shivan took to Instagram to share glimpses of their dreamy wedding and penned a heartfelt note for his wife Nayanthara. "On a scale of 10...She's Nayan & am the one. By God's Grace just married #Nayanthara #WikkiNayan #WikkiNayanWedding," the note read.
