Didn't we all gorge on one too many sweets and lip-smacking spreads during the festive season? After all, Diwali calls for guilt-free eating. And, it is followed by a detox also called post-festive detox. Don't know about you, but ace fashion designer Masaba Gupta has already kickstarted her detox routine. After the digestive de-bloat tea, light vegetarian lunch, and evening snacks, Masaba shared “the finale” or dinner meal of her recovery plan on Instagram Stories. In the photo, we could see a platter with hara bhara kebab and a dip on the side. “The finale: Simple hara bhara kebab dinner and some spicy sriracha and Greek Yo dip,” she captioned the image. Previously, Masaba Gupta shared a snippet of her healthy alternative to the “5pm hunger pangs.” The fashion designer picked a bowl of homemade Kurmura and a glass of collagen. She wrote, “5pm hunger pangs? A bowl of homemade Kurmura with peanuts and chana and a tall chilled glass of collagen. Smart snacking.”

In another Instagram story, Masaba Gupta highlighted the elements of her “simple vegetarian lunch” that included sukhi daal, tendli, laal saag and buckwheat methi roti.
“If food has been your downfall – Let food, not starvation, be your medicine,” she captioned the post, adding that one shouldn't go for “second helping.”

Masaba Gupta also dropped a recipe for digestive or de-bloat tea. Ingredients? Here we go:
Jeera: 4 tablespoons·
Coriander seeds: 4 tablespoons·
Saunf: 4 tablespoons·
Cardamom: 4·
Ajwain: ¼ tablespoons·
Water: 2 liters
Add these ingredients to the water and put it to a boil. Bring it down to 1.5L. Further, Masaba Gupta stated, “Drink on an empty stomach and before meals throughout the day. You're welcome.”
