American actress Courteney Cox, who received widespread recognition for playing the adorable Monica Geller in the popular sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S, has shared a recipe to make the yummiest-looking mocktail with lime and ginger. While at it, she also gave her fans a peek at her perfectly organised kitchen in an Instagram post. The 56-year-old actress said she made the cocktail to ring in Cinco de Mayo - an annual celebration to commemorate Mexico's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in the year 1862. The celebration is now linked to Mexican alcoholic beverages, such as the margarita.
