How to Make Almond Stollen
1.Mix maida with salt, sugar, yeast and make a fine dough.
2.Set aside for 2-3 minutes. Once the dough is aerated, make into
desired shape and bake at 250 degree centigrades for 20 - 25 minutes.
3.Once baked, allow it to cool down & then deep fry in clarified butter. Once cold, dust the icing sugar on top of it.
