Ingredients of Almond Stollen

  • 200 gms maida
  • 300 gms desi ghee or clarified butter
  • 60 ml milk
  • 40 gms icing sugar
  • 5 gms yeast
  • 2 gms salt
  • 5 gms cake improver

How to Make Almond Stollen

Mix maida with salt, sugar, yeast and make a fine dough.

Set aside for 2-3 minutes. Once the dough is aerated, make into desired shape and bake at 250 degree centigrades for 20 - 25 minutes.

Once baked, allow it to cool down & then deep fry in clarified butter. Once cold, dust the icing sugar on top of it.
