  • One whole pineapple peel
  • 1 litre Water
  • Medium sized ginger
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice (Optional)

How to Make Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Peel Tea

Carefully cut the peel of one whole pineapple.

Thoroughly wash it under running water; you may even use vinegar water to wash.

In a pan add the clean pineapple peel, roughly chopped ginger pieces, cloves, and turmeric.

Add the water and mix; let this boil for 10-15 minutes with a lid on.
