Ingredients of Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Peel Tea
- One whole pineapple peel
- 1 litre Water
- Medium sized ginger
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice (Optional)

Carefully cut the peel of one whole pineapple.
Thoroughly wash it under running water; you may even use vinegar water to wash.
In a pan add the clean pineapple peel, roughly chopped ginger pieces, cloves, and turmeric.
Add the water and mix; let this boil for 10-15 minutes with a lid on.
After it’s done, strain the tea and add lemon juice of you want to.
Let it cool a little before you start sipping on it.
