Ingredients of Avocado Platter
Handful of lettuce or any other salad leaf
50 gms Boiled chickpeas
1 small boiled beetroot
Handful of boiled sweet corn
2 pcs sweet potato and pumpkin
For dressing: olive oil, flax seeds, black pepper and salt
How to Make Avocado Platter
1.Cut sweet potato and pumpkin into big pieces and boil them. Mash them with a fork add salt and pepper and keep them aside.
2.Boil beetroot cut into cubes.
3.Add olive oil, salt, and garnish with sesame seeds. Roast chickpea in olive oil with salt, red chili powder, crushed dry garlic, dry mango powder, pepper.
4.Cut salad leaf roughly and add olive oil. Cut avocado into long strips.
5.Place all together in a platter and garnish with little lime juice and seeds.
