  • 1 Bread slice
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Sprinkle of coarse, salt
  • Lemon or lime juice to taste

How to Make Avocado Chia Toast

Scoop out the flesh of avocado and mash it completely.

Squeeze the juice of lemon into the avocado mash. Add salt and mix well.

Toast a slice of bread. Spread the mashed avocado.
