Ingredients of Chia Spinach and Tangerine Drink

  • 8-9 Spinach leaves (washed)
  • 1/4 Cucumber, peeled
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Mandarin orange (deseeded), peeled
  • 2 pinches Sea salt
  • As per taste Fresh ground pepper
  • A dash Honey
  • 2 cubes Ice
  • 60 ml Soda

How to Make Chia Spinach and Tangerine Drink

Put all the ingredients spinach, cucumber, orange in a cold press juicer and grinned it perfectly.

Now add chia seeds, sea salt, ground pepper and honey in the drink and stir it well.

Take a glass, put ice cubes, grinned liquid and add soda in it and serve chilled detox drink.
