Ingredients of Crispy Cabbage Pizza

  • 600 gms Cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 2 Whole Egg
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 200 gram Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
  • 30 ml White Vinegar
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 100 gram Mushroom
  • 25 gram Maze Flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil

How to Make Crispy Cabbage Pizza

Slice cabbage and soak in white vinegar and water keep aside.

Drain cabbage and dry with cloth and pour egg and maze flour on it.

Now, chop onion, coriander, and dice red pepper.
4.
Beat whole egg and keep aside.

For Baking Pizza

1.
Heat non-stick pan add little oil when hot, add cabbage and cook on slow fire.

Cover with lid and cook till golden brown from one side.
3.
Put plate on top of the pan and turn the side.
4.
Spread tomato paste on cooked side of cabbage and sprinkle chopped onion, Chopped coriander and mozzarella cheese.
5.
Spread sliced mushroom, chopped coriander and red pepper on top and cover with lid. Cook till cheese melts.
6.
Remove from pan and cut with pizza cutter and serve hot.
