  • Half sheet size of nori wrapper
  • 2 medium size shrimp
  • 15 gm chopped Jalapeno
  • 15 gm chopped onion
  • 10 gm iceberg lettuce
  • 100 gm sushi rice
  • 10 gm flying fish roe

How to Make Crispy Shrimp Tempura with Jalapeno and Onion Salsa

  • 1.In a sushi mat, place the nori wrapper and then spread the sushi rice until all the nori is covered with rice evenly.
  • 2.Now arrange all the ingredients inside.
  • 3.Roll and cut it to 6 pieces.
  • 4.Then add flying fish roe on the top of each roll.
  • 5.Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and soya sauce.
