Ingredients of Egg Makhani
4 Boiled eggs
1 medium Onion (roughly chopped)
2 small Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
1 cup Cream
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 inch Cinnamon stick
1 Bay Leaf
to taste Salt
to taste Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
3-4 tbsp Butter
How to Make Egg Makhani
1.Roast boiled eggs in some butter till slightly brown. Keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan, saute onions, tomatoes and cashews till brown. Grind with some water to make paste.
3.Heat butter and some oil in a separate pan, roast whole spices – cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns and bay leaf. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute for a minute.
4.Add onion-tomato-cashews paste. Add salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Cook the paste till oil leaves the sides. After that add some water and boil for 5 minutes.
5.Add cream and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add roasted eggs and top with some more cream.
