Ingredients of Eggless Mango Cake
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
 - 2 Mangoes
 - 1 tbsp Baking Powder
 - 1 tsp Baking Soda
 - 2 tbsp Butter
 - 2 tbsp Oil
 - 1 tbsp Curd
 - 1 cup Sugar
 - A pinch of salt
 - Few drops of vanilla essence
 - Whipped cream
 
How to Make Eggless Mango Cake

Chop and blend one mango to make its puree.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Keep aside.

Mix oil, butter, sugar, curd and mango puree. Wisk well till sugar is completely dissolved.

Sift the flour mix through a sieve and add to the wet ingredients (mango puree mixture).
5.
Combine well till you get a smooth consistency. Add mango chunks from the other mango.
6.
Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
7.
Garnish with whipped cream and mango slices.
