Ingredients of Eggless Vanilla Cake
- 1 Cup Maida
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Vinegar

Take maida in a seive, add baking powder to it and transfer to a bowl.
In another bowl take castor sugar, add butter to it.
Whisk them well.
Add maida to the whisked castor sugar. Mix well.
Add half cup of milk to the bowl and whisk again.
Add vanilla essence to the whisked mixture.
Add half cup of milk to it and whisk again.
Put vinegar and whisk some more.
Pour the prepared cake batter in a mould and bake at 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
Take out the your baked Eggless Vanilla Cake and cut into small slices. Serve.

The cake batter consistency is very critical and it has to be of dropping consistency. Do not prepare a tight or thick batter consistency otherwise the cake may turn hard.
