Ingredients of Adrak ka Achaar - Andhra Style

  • 2 cups ginger-finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chilli powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp asafoetida powder

How to Make Adrak ka Achaar - Andhra Style

  • 1.Mix all the ingredients and cook over high heat.
  • 2.When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • 3.Store in a clean jar.
