How to make Goda Masala Pasta
About Goda Masala Pasta Recipe: A super delicious pasta recipe cooked in a flavourful sauce of Goda masala. It is an aromatic spice blend from the Maharashtrian cuisine. Goda translates to sweet in Marathi which refers to a sweet essence that one can find in this spice unlike the heat and pungency of other spices.

Ingredients of Goda Masala Pasta
- For Goda Masala Sauce:
- 45 gms onions, chopped
- 5 gms garam masala
- 20 gms ginger paste
- 2 gms red chilli powder
- 10 gms goda masala powder
- 20 gms tomato paste
- 100 gms coconut milk
- 50 gms cream
- 5 gms coriander leaves
- 10 ml oil
- to taste salt
- For Goda Masala Pasta:
- 5 gms garlic
- 10 gms onion
- 70 gms malai chicken
- 30 gms goda masala sauce
- 120 ml water
- 60 gms cream
- 150 gms linguine pasta
- to taste salt
- A pinch of coriander, chopped
- 10 gms pickled onion
- 1 Lemon (wedged)
How to Make Goda Masala Pasta
HideShow MediaPrepare Goda Masala Sauce:

Heat oil in pan. Add onion and saute well.

Add ginger paste, chilly powder, goda masala. Lightly saute it together.
3.
Add tomato paste and saute again.
4.
Add coconut milk and cream. Mix it well and cook.

Season with salt
Prepare Goda Masala Pasta:
1.
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and saute well.
2.
Add chicken and saute more.
3.
Now add goda masala sauce along with water and bring to boil.
4.
Pour cream and add linguine pasta to the the sauce and season with salt.
5.
Add chopped coriander and mix well.
6.
Transfer into a clean plate, garnish with pickled onions and lemon wedges.
7.
Serve hot.
