Ingredients of Green Fish Curry

  • 2 Oil
  • 1/2 Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 2-3 flakes Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Tamarind paste
  • 2 Onion
  • 1/2 Mint
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • A pinch of Black pepper
  • 250 gms Fish
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup water

How to Make Green Fish Curry

Grind Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic and turmeric paste in a grinder.

Heat oil in a vessel and add chopped onion. Stir fry it until onion gets soft.

Add tumeric and pour the thick green paste in the vessel and add some water.

Stir fry for 5 minutes and add black pepper powder and salt to taste.

Add water to make the required gravy. Then place the fish into the vessel. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the fish is cooked.
6.
Serve it hot with steamed rice or rotis.
