Ingredients of Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala
For marinade:
1 Tbsp Red chilli powder
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/3 Cup Cranberries
1/3 Cup Cranberries
To taste Salt and Pepper
Fresh curry leaves
A dash of lemon
1 Tbsp Olive oil
250 Gram Chicken breast (boneless)
For slaw:
1/2 Cup Radish, grated
1/2 Cup Carrot, grated
1/2 Cup Corn
1/2 Cup Sweet cucumbers, sliced
A dash of lemon
1 Tbsp Cranberries
1/2 Spring onions, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive oil
How to Make Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala
1.In the blender, mix all the ingredients for the marinade except the chicken, to make a fine paste.
2.Massage out the marinade paste on the chicken and pan fry till cooked.
3.Serve hot along with the nicely mixed cranberry slaw.
