Ingredients of Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala

  • For marinade:
  • 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberries
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberries
  • To taste Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh curry leaves
  • A dash of lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 Gram Chicken breast (boneless)
  • For slaw:
  • 1/2 Cup Radish, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Corn
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet cucumbers, sliced
  • A dash of lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Cranberries
  • 1/2 Spring onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

How to Make Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala

  • 1.In the blender, mix all the ingredients for the marinade except the chicken, to make a fine paste.
  • 2.Massage out the marinade paste on the chicken and pan fry till cooked.
  • 3.Serve hot along with the nicely mixed cranberry slaw.
