Ingredients of Grilled Chicken Breast with Cranberry Masala
- For marinade:
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/3 cup Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Cranberries
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- Fresh curry leaves
- A dash of lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 gram Chicken breast (boneless)
- For slaw:
- 1/2 cup Radish, grated
- 1/2 cup Carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Sweet cucumbers, sliced
- A dash of lemon
- 1 tbsp Cranberries
- 1/2 Spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

In the blender, mix all the ingredients for the marinade except the chicken, to make a fine paste.

Massage out the marinade paste on the chicken and pan fry till cooked.

Serve hot along with the nicely mixed cranberry slaw.
