Ingredients of Hand Rolled Chocolate With Tea
- 200 gms dark chocolate
- 20 ml fresh cream
- 3 ml liquid glucose
- 10 gms tea
How to Make Hand Rolled Chocolate With Tea

Take the cream, liquid glucose and tea flavour in a bowl and put it on double boiler on medium heat.

See when the tea start giving the flavour to the cream, remove the bowl from heat, add chocolate and mix it well. Keep in a cool and dry place to set.

Take the set chocolate and start rolling with the hand into small balls and keep aside.

Now take the tempered chocolate and coat the balls neatly, finish with the cocoa powder by dusting or spray edible dust on top.
