240 gms chicken leg
150 gms curd
10 gms garlic
10 gms ginger
30 gms lemon
15 gms jalapenos
5 gms black pepper
10 gms garam masala
5 gms cumin powder
5 gms cardamom powder
5 gms ginger powder
10 ml mustard oil
6 gms salt
3 gms black salt
10 gms butter
10 gms chaat masala
30 gms mint chutney
How to Make Jalapenos Murgh Tandoori Tikka
1.Take chicken leg boneless wash it nicely, remove all moisture and cut one by four.
2.First marinate it with ginger garlic paste and salt.
3.Keep it in the chiller for two hours. Now add chopped jalapenos, all dry masala powder, salt, pepper, mustard oil, hung curd and lemon juice.
4.Keep the marinated chicken in fridge for four hours for better taste.
5.Take out and arrange the pieces on skewers. Cook it in the tandoor at 300 degree C.
6.Baste it with butter just after almost done.
7.Cook it nicely and serve hot with green chutney and laccha onion salad.
